Kurt R. Engel, RPA, Director of Facility and Construction Services, oversees High Associates’ renovations and office build out, building maintenance, and property services/grounds maintenance departments.
The renovations and office build out team applies their expertise in space planning, estimating, purchasing, and construction for High Associates’ tenants.
The building maintenance team is versed in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades and is on call to handle the building performance needs of High Associates’ tenants.
The property services/grounds maintenance team is responsible for the beautification and upkeep of High Associates’ properties in Lancaster County, Pa., and other nearby locations, including Greenfield Corporate Center.
Mr. Engel started his employment at High Industries, Inc. in 1983 as a carpenter for High Construction, Inc. and was promoted to Service Project Coordinator in 1986. He has also worked as Estimator and Project Manager. Mr. Engel started the Construction Services group for High Associates Ltd. in 1994 and has overseen the department since that time.
Mr. Engel is a graduate of the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and holds a Project Management Certification from Penn State University.
